Personal Impressions

What my targeting has been like

It's hard to say when psychotronic weapons started being used. Apparently, it was intentionally made clear to me around 2020 that they were in use (I had read about them before, but didn’t believe it). At that time, there were very intense attack sessions, and many of their capabilities were revealed to me.
But in hindsight, many of the strange things I experienced since around 2015 would apparently be explained by them.

I went through what seemed to be a mild form of gangstalking, which usually lasted a couple of months at a time since 2007. There was always at least a year between episodes.
Around 2015, it suddenly became much more intense. That was right after I had issues with coworkers. Then came the red cars (something my father had mentioned back in 2007, calling it “crazy talk”), nonstop phone calls from all over the country, and all sorts of directed speech. These were usually tied to specific events.

In 2020, I had another problem with coworkers. This time, I was tortured — I thought I would die.

They didn’t leave me alone until I became violent and started carrying a knife. After that, the interferences became milder, both 'mundane' and psychotronic. But they were still extremely disruptive to my life. The most intense interventions were:

  • I was forced to sleep for over 16 hours a day, and felt sleepy for the rest of the day, for about two weeks after going through any very stressful event.

  • I experienced spasms and sensations in different areas of my face depending on what I was saying. It seemed like some kind of positive punishment or reinforcement.

  • I was prevented from pursuing specific high-paying careers by severe mouth spasms whenever I tried to study. As soon as I began organizing myself, the spasms would start — and they would stop immediately when I gave up.

The interferences today are milder, but still terrible and absurd. One particularly absurd instance is that I experience all sorts of facial spasms and sensations when thinking about the death of a certain person — the combination, in terms of classical conditioning, seems to push the idea that the person didn’t actually die. I go through similar things when certain false narratives are being pushed. This has always been present — attempts to force you to believe that things which aren’t happening are actually happening, or the inverse.

These interferences usually follow specific themes, all drawn from my personal life.

It is all very strange indeed. But I'm sure of what I lived, even if there have been false alarms here and there.

What I think about being a target

I'm sad about the situation — not only because of everything I’ve lived through, or the fact that I can’t talk about these deeply important parts of my life with most people, but especially because I have no idea what the future holds — what it all meant, or if it’s ever going to end.
Most of the people who could potentially help us — doctors, engineers, police — dismiss our claims as delusional.
I’ve always been a decent person.

I’ve invested a lot of energy, time, and money trying to defend myself. I don’t have a solution, but I’ve made progress.
Either way, I believe not fighting is not an option.

What it seems to be about

My main theory about what they’ve been doing is that they are developing techniques — using their classified technology along with more mundane assets — to:

  • Mostly - Subliminal interrogation and Coercive conditioning.
  • Change someone’s opinion on a subject (for example, altering a judgment or whether a narrative is perceived as true or false)

  • Modify someone’s behavior

  • Create or eliminate specific desires or aversions

  • Hinder or stimulate a particular action or course of action

This aligns with what Colonel John B. Alexander described regarding electronic behavior modification, as well as with the allegations made by other targets. It helps explain why we are dehumanized — and why so many people are willing to collaborate and keep it quiet.

It also matches the Russian objectives in the development of psychotronic technologies: the “psycho-correction” of individuals with so-called behavioral problems, and their broader use in psychological operations (psyops).

And also matches many TI testimonies. Many (even though not most) of them admittedly have addictions - most commonly drug addiction. Jean Guerrero's (award winner journalist) stated her father is a TI and that he speculated he was targeted for being addicted to crack cocaine (even though he thought this choice was because nobody would believe him, and not because it was a behavior modification experiment). There is a youtube channel by the name Jamie Tall which has collections of TI testimonies - many of them revolve around drug use (specially meth), and it veiledly supports the targeting - suggesting it helped them to get rid of their addictions. Another example from the channel was Alexis, a woman who was trapped in kind of "Sadomasochist sex cult" and got rid of it  - and this was somehow tied with the gangstalking and freemasons (they frequently pop up as suspects) - she claimed she was told she 'was being watched for years and it was sad where she had fallen to'(as if they were trying to rescue her). On the sex related behavior modification, an american trans woman by the name Nicole Erica have been describing her attacks on social networks, and they are always synchronized (like usually happens with any TI - its frequently synchronized, but what its synchronized to changes from target to target) with her female fantasies - which clearly indicates aversion therapy. Also on the sexual theme, there is a disproportional (comparing to the general population) amount of TIs claimed to be accused of being pedophiles (although these statements have been dramatically decreasing along the years). That's a very sensitive subject - we don't know whether or not the accusations are true or not, but, usually just being accused of being a pedophile is something that might represent a serious risk to someone. Back to the addiction theme - Roy Eacups, one of the very few TI leadership who is most likely genuine, admittedly was a compulsive gambler - and stopped being one after a traumatic experience tied to the targeting. Please note that even though some testimonies tie the targeting with positive behavior modification, we don't have any evidence that they are usually positive, or that this is the objective. On the contrary - even in cases where at least part of targeting apparently was linked to some behavioral problem, other parts of it were not. Not only many TI's state their targeting doesn't seem to have any coherent purpose - certain actions, behaviors or opinions being consistently hindered or stimulated without the whole having any apparent meaning. Also, many TI state the target continued even after what was apparently the 'target behavior' ceased to exist. What remains a constant among all of this is the practice is steering people - as no clear pattern is apparent, its natural to guess they are just refining their methods (the 'compulsions' theme might be of special interest just because changing a compulsion is a specially hard task, which the methods could be tested to their limits).

Some of the people I interacted with seemed to know, at least partially, what was going on. Something interesting is that, almost always, people selected to make more direct references to the monitoring are lowlifes according to the 'lowlife' flags in my geographical region - outfit, physical appearance, way of speech and behave. Exactly the kind of person who would accept do something they don't even know what means to a stranger in exchange for a few bucks.
I don’t know the extent of compartmentalization within these operations

On the TI community

It's very hard to find someone willing to actually do something about it. Based on my experience, a rough estimate would be that 90% of the profiles are fake — whether they’re perpetrators or just random trolls — 9.5% can’t communicate coherently or collaborate in a constructive way, and the remaining 0.5% are either too scared to engage with or leave the community as soon as the targeting eases.

I’ve spoken to a few real TIs who seemed capable of working on this, but they either stopped responding without any explanation after a few months, or chose unproductive ways to fight.

Suggested attitude

I don’t see any hope unless we try to fight back. That means we need to create some openness around the issue.
You don’t have to tell everyone everything — but you can choose who to talk to, and what to share.

Make sure your life is in order — especially your health and finances.
Stay calm, and keep a positive mindset. Try to find other reasonable TIs and build something.
